Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Maintenance Interface Project Coordinator for a 15-month on-site assignment in Milan, Italy, within the oil and gas sector. The role focuses on interface management, document analysis and coordination across multinational teams to ensure delivery milestones are met.

You will develop and maintain equipment registers, track purchase orders and support reporting, meetings and issue resolution across the project lifecycle in a structured engineering environment.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 5–10 years of oil and gas project experience.
• Experience in inspection, maintenance and engineering projects.
• Experience working in multinational project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage interfaces and coordinate with multinational teams.
• Collect, analyse and manage project documentation and applicable legislation.
• Create and maintain equipment registers and track purchase orders.
• Plan and manage interface review schedules and milestone tracking.
• Lead interface meetings to resolve technical and project issues.
• Provide regular reporting on project status and issues.

The role centres on interface management, document analysis, equipment registers and stakeholder coordination across multinational teams. This position offers the chance to contribute to structured project delivery, reporting and technical issue resolution across a complex industrial lifecycle setting.

Required Education

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

Required Experience

• 5-10 years of experience within oil and gas projects
• Experience in inspection, maintenance and engineering projects
• Experience working within multinational project teams

• Strong interface management and stakeholder coordination skills
• Ability to collect, analyse and manage project documentation and applicable legislation
• Experience creating and maintaining equipment registers and purchase order tracking
