Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Group Leader
Location: Geneva, NY
Pay Range: Up to $32.00/hr

Our client, In Geneva, NY is seeking proactive and skilled ManufacturingMaintenance Group Leader for their 3rd shift to support their reliability manager on day-to-day maintenance operations. This role is critical in ensuring equipment efficiency, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and fostering team development.

What’s the Job?
  • Assist the reliability Manager in managing daily maintenance activities and delegate tasks as needed.
  • Lead and support line changeovers, equipment set‑ups, repairs, and fine‑tuning, including weight adjustments.
  • Monitor equipment performance and communicate necessary improvements to the team.
  • Train line personnel and mechanical trainees on equipment use and repair.
  • Review machine efficiencies and ensure performance meets or exceeds standards.
  • Collaborate with other mechanic group leaders during shift transitions to ensure smooth communication and continuity.
  • Promote and highlight continuous improvement opportunities.
