A leading automotive company located in Brescia is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Maintenance Engineering team. The candidate will help optimize preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for the plant's machinery and systems, aiming to minimize downtime and improve productivity. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, and decent English proficiency. Competenze

Descrizione del lavoro

The resource will join the Maintenance Engineering team and will support the planning, management, and optimization of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities on the plant's systems, machinery, and infrastructure. The main objective is to ensure the efficiency and reliability of production assets, helping to minimize plant downtime and improve overall productivity.

In particular, the candidate will support the team in the processes of:

• Edits indicators for departmental machinery;
• Edits and updates technical structure of machines within the maintenance CMMS;
• Inspections and implementation of preventive maintenance plans for machines and their components;
• Support for introduction of technology with a focus on predictive maintenance of systems;
• Drafting standard procedures to avoid human error;
• Monitoring maintenance and breakdown costs of single machines in the department;
• Collaboration and interaction with other company departments in order to align strategies and analyze issues relating to SAFETY – QUALITY – CD;
• Support for 'Implementation of methodologies applied by the company to eliminate losses (breakdowns and maintenance costs – improvement of OLE and Manufacturing INDEX);

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering;
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package, with particular regard to Excel and PowerPoint;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• The profile is completed by good problem solving, analytical, communication and relationship skills connected to the spirit of teamwork.
