A technology consulting firm is seeking a Microsoft 365 Specialist to enhance business-technology alignment. The role involves advising on M365 adoption, improving collaboration, and delivering training. Ideal candidates will have strong experience in Microsoft 365 tools, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology adoption. This is a B2B contract position based in Italy, with occasional travel to Milan.

My client are looking for a Microsoft 365 Specialist to bridge the gap between business and technology — driving adoption, enabling innovation, and landing new capabilities across the Microsoft 365 platform (including Copilot and AI-powered tools).

You’ll partner with stakeholders across the business to understand needs, shape requirements, and help teams get the most from M365. Working closely with IT and digital workplace teams, you’ll track Microsoft’s roadmap, plan rollouts, and deliver engaging demos, training, and communications that bring new functionality to life.

Please note his is a B2B (Contract) position and there will be occasional travel to the Milan based office.

What you’ll do

• Act as a trusted advisor between business and technical teams.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve collaboration and productivity using M365 and Copilot.
• Lead engagement, adoption, and change activities for new M365 features.
