A leading financial services firm is seeking a highly motivated M&A Senior Analyst to join their team in Milan. You will support the Group’s credit rating strategy and lead financial analysis for M&A transactions. The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in credit analysis, strong financial modeling skills, and excellent communication abilities. The position offers a hybrid work model and a permanent employment contract, along with various employee benefits.

We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically strong M&A Senior Analyst to join our M&A and IR team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Group’s credit rating strategy and capital structure analysis, working closely with rating agencies and senior stakeholders.
You will also contribute to key corporate finance and M&A initiatives within the financial institutions sector.
