AZIMUT HOLDING in Milano is seeking an Investment Banking – M&A Analyst Intern to join the deal execution team and work directly with senior bankers on active transactions.

This six-month, on-site internship offers exposure to the full lifecycle of M&A processes—from client discussions and strategic analysis to execution and closing—within an entrepreneurial platform. You will contribute from day one with rigorous analysis and a proactive mindset.

Competenze

• Internship in investment banking, M&A or related fields preferred (min 3 months)
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting and valuation
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and spoken English and fluent Italian
• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities

Mansioni

• Support live M&A and strategic advisory assignments
• Conduct company and industry research to identify opportunities
• Prepare pitchbooks, teasers, information memoranda and client materials
• Build and maintain financial models and valuations (DCF, comps, LBO)
• Analyze financial statements, market data and transaction benchmarks
• Monitor industry trends and transaction activity
• Coordinate with internal teams and external advisers
