Ideal candidates have over 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion industry and exhibit strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Italian is required.

• 3+ years of experience in the same role, preferably in Fashion & Luxury.
• Must have knowledge of key performance indicators.
• Proficient in English and Italian.
