Job summary

LVMH Moët Hennessy - Louis Vuitton Napoli is seeking a Stock Operations Lead to ensure efficient back-of-house operations, oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability, and support the stock team's development.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and vendor partners to keep stock accurate and in good condition, blending operational excellence with people leadership in a luxury environment that values service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and logical organization of stock rooms
• Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately
• Ensure right products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience
• Improve product availability by coordinating with Supply Chain and handling product requests
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team
