Job summary

Louis Vuitton in Piedmont, Italy, seeks a Stock Operations Lead to ensure efficient back-of-house processes. You will oversee stock layout, deliveries and availability to support the store team in delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain and vendors to keep stock accurate and well-presented, coach the stock team, and uphold service standards in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant stock/warehouse experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Curiosity, empathy, agility, and commercial mindset.
• Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and sense of service.
• Ownership and responsibility; ability to lead a stock team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and stock room organization.
• Manage delivery operations and replenish stock quickly and accurately.
• Ensure products are available on the sales floor to boost store efficiency and client experience.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to improve product availability.
• Support vendor contracts and store maintenance.
• Coach and develop the dedicated stock team.
