Job summary

Buccellati, a historic Italian jewelry Maison, seeks a skilled Manufacturing Controller for its Valenza sites to ensure smooth production and efficient operations. The role reports to the Senior Manufacturing Controller and the Operation Manager Valenza HUB.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in manufacturing controlling, strong SAP S4/H CO/FI/PP/MM expertise, and fluent Italian and English. French is a plus; cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific fields (Finance, management engineering or equivalent qualification)
• 3–5 years in a similar manufacturing controlling role
• Strong knowledge of SAP S4/H in CO/FI/PP/MM modules
• Microsoft Office Suite required
• Fluent in Italian and English; French a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track site performance through key manufacturing KPIs.
• Lead manufacturing controlling projects across 2 Valenza production sites and contribute to digitalization of industrial controlling.
• Act as business partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain budgets and forecasts.
• Develop budgets, estimates and rolling forecasts aligned with financial frameworks and Richemont consolidation (Anaplan).
• Support SAP product costing projects with detailed cost analysis for jewelry and silver production.
• Track production costs, margin analysis and stock activities; report monthly results to manufacturing organization.
• Foster close collaboration with industrial departments and implement internal controls.
