The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of leadership experience in luxury hospitality, strong financial acumen, and be fluent in Italian and English. Competenze

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record in operational leadership and guest relations.
