Park Hyatt Milano, Milan’s luxury address, seeks an Engineering Manager to lead technical and operational maintenance across electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing and BMS, reporting to the Director of Engineering.

You’ll manage the maintenance team, organize shifts and training, coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping and F&B to uphold Park Hyatt luxury standards, and oversee the CAPEX budget while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Building, or related fields).
• Minimum 5–7 years in similar roles, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Fluent English.
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
• Experience managing technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of hotel systems and maintenance operations.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance software and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Knowledge of Italian safety regulations.

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities across the hotel.
• Ensure operational efficiency of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and fire systems.
• Respond promptly to critical failures to minimize guest impact.
• Manage maintenance issues with the Engineering Supervisor.
• Conduct regular inspections to verify standards.
• Supervise external contractors on-site.
• Develop and oversee projects defined by management.
