Airbnb Luxe is seeking independent Home Consultants to perform on-site assessments for luxury properties. You will conduct in-person consultations, capture photos, and prepare structured reports based on established guidelines.

This is a flexible, assignment-based role requiring reliable transport and strong communication. Ideal candidates have hospitality or real estate exposure, can travel within a 1-hour drive of the job post location, and are proficient in English.

Competenze

• Background in hospitality, customer service, interior design, real estate or related fields.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to travel to assigned locations.
• Owns a phone or tablet for reports and photo uploads.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.

Mansioni

• Conduct in-person onsite home consultations and property evaluations.
• Capture high-quality photos and document property conditions.
• Complete structured assessment reports using provided templates.
• Maintain professional communication with Hosts and coordinate scheduling via MediaBox and email.
• Ensure timely submission of reports after each consultation.
