Bulgari Hotels & Resorts in Rome is seeking a Non-Management, full-time Front Office/Guest Services team member to respond to guest requests and provide information about the property and surrounding area. You will coordinate with bell staff and housekeeping to resolve inquiries, while maintaining our luxury service standards and confidentiality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and does not demand prior related work experience or supervisory experience.

Mansioni

• Respond to guest requests for arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning).
• Identify providers for special guest requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Gather, summarize and provide information about the property and local area amenities.
• Answer, record and process all guest calls, messages, requests or concerns.
• Coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping and other departments as needed to resolve issues.
• Maintain logs and ensure safety and confidentiality of information.
• Maintain professional appearance and behavior consistent with company standards.
