Extreme Group’s L’Amour agency in Milan is seeking a Junior Art Director / Video Editor Intern to help create premium social media content for leading fashion brands. You’ll edit for Instagram/LinkedIn, transform assets into platform-friendly formats, and contribute to motion graphics and editorial concepts.

The role starts September 2026, lasts 4 to 6 months, with compensation aligned to the legal minimum for internships in Italy.

Competenze

• Internship or professional experience in a creative agency, social media agency, content production studio, or in-house creative team.
• Passion for luxury, fashion, culture and digital creativity.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and LinkedIn content.
• Excellent visual eye and strong attention to detail.

Mansioni

• Edit short-form content for Instagram and LinkedIn.
• Adapt campaign assets into engaging social media formats.
• Create motion graphics, titles and dynamic edits.
• Support the Social Media Manager with visual concepts and content ideas.
