Alessandra Rich is a luxury fashion brand with offices in London and Milan. We seek a Product Development professional to analyze requirements with the Design Team, review prototypes, and manage material availability through delivery to the warehouse.

You will liaise with suppliers, participate in fittings, and oversee documentation and order progress, ensuring high-quality, timely production in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Degree in Fashion Technology / Apparel or a related field.
• Experience within a Product Development department in luxury fashion or textile-apparel.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy, flexibility, teamwork, and results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Solid understanding of the fashion product development cycle.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Design Team to analyze product development requirements.
• Contribute to prototype reviews ensuring compliance with creative and commercial needs.
• Monitor availability of materials and track raw material deliveries.
• Manage reference sheets (DIBA) including model codes, colors, measurements.
• Liaise with suppliers and external laboratories.
• Participate in fittings and document photography.
• Enter finished garment orders and monitor progress to delivery.
• Support shipment management and pre-shipment inspections.
