Mytheresa, part of LuxExperience, is seeking a stylist to support our Milan styling team. You will prepare styling for model shoots, collaborate with brands to maintain consistency, and balance creative flair with targets in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The role requires a graduate degree in fashion or styling, 3+ years of styling experience, and excellent English language skills. On-site position with various benefits and salary starting at €31,500.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in fashion/styling.
• 3+ years of professional styling experience.
• Knowledge of leading fashion brands and current trends.
• Familiarity with fashion e-commerce environments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare styling and shoot on model images with high quality standards.
• Stay updated with brand updates to ensure styling consistency.

• Minimise reshoots to ≤5% weekly.
