Driverso, Europe’s leading e‑commerce platform for high‑end car rentals, is looking for a Partnership & Business Development Manager to drive strategic collaborations within the luxury ecosystem. This role is pivotal in expanding our network and creating synergies with premium brands in hospitality, aviation, lifestyle, and concierge services, targeting an ultra‑high‑net‑worth clientele.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze strategic partners across Europe within luxury sectors (hospitality, private aviation, member clubs, travel designers, etc.) aligned with Driverso’s brand positioning
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, incentive systems, and revenue‑sharing models consistent with our premium offering
  • Co‑design exclusive packages, benefits, and tailor‑made experiences with partners for their high‑end clients
  • Monitor partnership KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, average transaction value, retention) and propose optimization plans
  • Represent Driverso at luxury lifestyle events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the business network
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or sales within the luxury industry (hospitality, travel, concierge, private aviation, premium fashion/accessories, or similar B2B2C models)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong networking ability, results‑oriented mindset, and sensitivity to customer experience and brand identity
  • Operational autonomy, relational elegance, problem‑solving skills, and entrepreneurial mindset
