The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 8 years of experience in construction, including 5 years of hands-on offshore work. Strong English communication skills and the ability to manage construction site supervisors are essential for this role.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in the construction discipline post-degree.
• Minimum of 5 years in hands-on offshore projects.
• Proficient in spoken and written English with report writing skills.

General Description of Role and Responsibilities

• To manage the overall pre-fabrication / Fabrication and construction onshore of Structures.
• Efficiency of construction work execution.
• Technical quality of project constructability review.
• Construction planning and monitoring (schedule, costs and compliance of work to project specification).
• Constructability Review and contractors construction plan review.
• Identification and adoption of the correct HSEQ standards according to COMPANY standards and local norms and legislation.
• Contractors management including construction work troubleshooting.
• Managing construction site supervisors.

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

• Bachelor Degree from an accredited university.
• Work experience of 8+ years in the sought discipline after earning the university degree.
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years hands‑on experience in offshore projects.
• Excellent spoken and written English including proven ability to write reports.
