La figura gestirà l'amministrazione degli ordini, la gestione del sito online e coopererà con vari team per migliorare le vendite. Descrizione del posto

Scope of the position : To grant and coordinate sales activities through e-commerce channel.

Main activities :

  • Sales and orders administration.
  • On-line store management and continuous contents updating (homepage, category and product pages, landing pages).
  • Collaborating with the development team to resolve website bugs and oversee functional, UX, translations and on-site testing for ongoing site improvements.
  • Continuous cooperation with Marketing, Social Media & PR Dept. in order to develop sales also with the support of external agencies.
  • To grant perfect adherence of the website to the Brands guidelines throughout the release of the different collections.
  • To follow the complete sales process, starting from the order admin to the final product delivery.
  • To manage the relationships with providers for e-payments, finance, controlling, logistics and legal department.
  • Stock-management in strict cooperation with HQ e-commerce dept.
  • SEO / SEM and CRM activities.
  • To grant analysis and reporting activities on sales targets.
  • Front-office / Customer Service activities : to manage the relationships with customers through emails, phone and any other communication channel in order to solve any kind of complaint.
  • Support retail partners in managing brand and product presentation across their online platforms to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.

  • Office Package (Excel, PowerPoint), Google Analytics, Google AdWords, SEO, CRO, data, metadata, SEA, HTML, SAP.
  • Preferred Adobe Commerce and Salesforce (Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • On-line metrics, content management CMS
  • Digital knowledge

  • Fluent English, preferred French
