As part of our global supply chain organization, the Logistics Specialist is responsible for ensuring an effective, sustainable, and cost‑efficient transportation flow. The role includes the execution of daily operational logistics tasks, such as planning and organizing inbound and outbound transport activities. You will work closely with our logistics partners, monitor shipment progress, and ensure accurate handling of all transport‑related documentation. Through strong coordination and clear communication, you contribute to a reliable and efficient logistics network that supports our business worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule all inbound and outbound shipments
  • Manage and collaborate with external logistics service providers and partners
  • Monitor and coordinate daily inbound and outbound delivery activities
  • Support communication and alignment between sales, warehouse and transportation
  • Prepare and manage import and export documentation
  • Check logistics invoices and ensure correct cost allocation
  • Communicate with all relevant departments and stakeholders, particularly warehouse, purchasing, demand planning, and customer operations
Profile
  • Fluent in Italian and English; German is considered a plus
  • First experience in the logistics area is an advantage
  • Precise, reliable and proactive work attitude
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems are considered a plus
  • Customer‑oriented, problem‑solving skills and communication skills
