Louis Vuitton is seeking a Logistics Planner to organize and optimize the Hub's logistics flows, aligning raw material preparation with the transportation plan while handling customer emergencies and workload optimization.

The role requires a degree in Economics or Engineering, 3–4 years in production/logistics management, strong Excel and SAP skills, and fluency in French with good English. Travel within Italy and abroad is expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level degree in Economics or Engineering.
• 3–4 years of production management experience in modernly structured companies, preferably in logistics.
• Proficient with SAP, Excel, and MS Office; able to work with various stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Plan and launch preparation waves, ensuring adherence to the transportation plan and deadlines.
• Optimize sequencing of preparation waves to maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate planning with Hub stakeholders (Team Leader, Transport Coordinator).
• Manage daily workload and capacity by adjusting resources and collaborating with operations teams.
• Anticipate peak periods and adapt processes accordingly.
• React quickly to customer emergencies by adjusting schedules and maintaining clear communication.
• Strive to maintain a 100% service rate.
