LHH cerca un Logistics Manager per supportare una realtà internazionale nel settore chimico/farmaceutico. Il ruolo guida operations logistiche end-to-end across EMEA e APAC, con focus su performance, costi e innovazione, inclusa implementazione di OTM.

Richiesta esperienza ≥5 anni, conoscenza ERP e sistemi logistici, nonché fluente italiano e inglese. Retribuzione tra 50.000 e 60.000 EUR all'anno, con MBO del 15% e livello di responsabilità elevato.

Qualifications

• 5+ years di esperienza in logistica o supply chain
• Conoscenza di software logistici, ERP e buone pratiche del settore
• Esperienza con Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) e Oracle ERP è un vantaggio
• Ottima padronanza di italiano e inglese
• Abilità analitiche, problem solving e negoziazione
• Esperienza in leadership e gestione di team e partner logistici
• Approccio proattivo e orientato al miglioramento continuo

Responsibilities

• Gestire operazioni logistiche end-to-end su EMEA e APAC per efficienza e costi
• Monitorare KPI, livello di servizio, OTIF e lead times
• Allineare logistica con Sales, Planning e Operations
• Gestire budget logistico e ottimizzare reti di trasporto e magazzino
• Gestire fornitori logistici e 3PL per eccellenza di servizio
• Guidare progetti logistici: rete, magazzino e OTM
• Garantire conformità normative e gestione rischi e continuità
• Promuovere standardizzazione processi e trasformazione digitale

On behalf of our client, an international group operating in the specialty chemicals sector, we are looking for a Logistics Manager.

The role will lead end-to-end logistics operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring cost efficiency, service excellence and alignment with business priorities. As part of a global logistics team focused on functional excellence, the role will drive operational performance, strategic logistics initiatives and the implementation of advanced logistics solutions, including Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end logistics operations across Europe, EMEA and APAC, ensuring efficient, reliable and cost-effective transport, warehousing and distribution
• Drive logistics performance by monitoring KPIs, improving service levels, OTIF, lead times and operational efficiency
• Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Planning and Operations to align logistics execution with business priorities and customer expectations
• Own the logistics budget and identify opportunities to optimize transport networks, warehousing, carrier performance and overall logistics costs
• Build and manage strong relationships with logistics providers and 3PL partners, driving service excellence and continuous improvement
• Lead strategic logistics projects, including network optimization, warehouse initiatives and the implementation and ongoing development of Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
• Ensure compliance with transport, customs, trade, hazardous materials and HSE regulations while proactively managing operational risks and business continuity
• Champion process standardization, digital transformation and continuous improvement to enhance visibility, efficiency and customer satisfactiont.

Requirements and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably within an international or Italian-based company
• Strong knowledge of logistics software, ERP systems and industry best practices. Experience with Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) and Oracle ERP is an advantage
• Strong understanding of European transport laws, customs regulations and supply chain dynamics
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to manage teams and external logistics partners
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Contract and Compensation

Employment under CCNL Industria Chimica – Chimico Farmaceutica

Indicative salary range: €50,000 – €60,000 gross per year, defined according to the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

MBO of 15% of the annual gross salary
