We are looking for a Logistics Engineer Manager.

Mission

Within the scope of responsibility—Material Planning, Material Handling, Production Flow, Transport & Packaging—the Logistics Engineer Manager:

  • Deploys and applies processes using best practices aligned with corporate standards.
  • Leads internal and/or external operational teams to optimize cost, time, safety, and quality.
  • Maintains a positive social climate and fosters team engagement.
  • Implements Stellantis Production Way (SPW) principles to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Manages budgets and monitors performance KPIs within their scope.
  • Resolves issues, anomalies, and crises using structured problem-solving methodologies.
  • Coordinates continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., MIFA, VSM, masterplan).
Reports to

Plant Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure efficient material flow/storage and handling across production and logistics operations.
  • Ensure the most efficient layout for the current production and new product/process in production areas in order to optimize the flows and the resources avoiding losses.
  • Optimize transport and packaging strategies to reduce costs and improve sustainability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and external partners to meet operational targets.
  • Monitor logistics KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Apply SPW tools and methodologies to enhance process reliability and efficiency.
  • Manage logistics-related budgets and ensure cost control.
  • Support continuous improvement through structured action plans and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum Experience in Manufacturing: 5–7 years
  • Proven experience in serial manufacturing logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Breakthrough mindset
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including social relations training, target oriented and accountability.
  • Solid understanding of industrial processes and logistics systems.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and Kaizen, Continuous Improvement (CI), Standard Work or Lean Daily Management (LDM) tools.
  • English level B2: capable of professional written and oral communication in technical contexts.
  • SAP and CAD system
