Partner with the best

As Logistics Box & Packing Leader, you will play a key role inside Logistic Avenza team. You will be responsible to manage the logistic activities of B&P, Quality, Handling, Storage, Biosecurity ensuring flawless execution and HSE policy. You will also supervise shipping operations related to Marina di Carrara Port.

Responsibilities, Authorities and Accountabilities
  • Coordinating logistic provider to ensure On Time transactions and packing closure according to priorities
  • KPIs analysis
  • Supervision of shipping operations at Marina di Carrara Port
  • Establishing strong synergies with MFG Cells to guarantee smooth communication and prompt reactivity for problem solving
  • Preventing and managing priorities and criticalities to meet business targets
  • Supervising and optimize storage areas sharing initiatives with other Logistics sites
  • Establishing strong relationship with other BH B&P Leaders
  • Monitoring and auditing all transactions inside ERP, to assure that system and material status are correctly updated
  • Being accountable for HSE and Quality targets, leading regular inspections
  • Monitoring B&P cost and propose initiatives for cost savings
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Logistics). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Logistics.
