A logistics company is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage Duty and Tax-related activities. Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with the Sales Team, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. Ideal candidates have a degree in Transportation Management or Logistics and minimum 2 years of logistics experience. Proficiency in Module TPB and Ceisa 4.0 is a plus.

Responsibilities

Ensure all Duty and Tax‑related activities are properly recorded and documented.

Coordinate daily with the outbound team to request and verify relevant data.

Prepare a summary report of Work Order (WO) activities in Excel for submission to the Direct Manager.

Ensure all documents related to Duty and Tax are submitted on time without delays.

Cross‑check the accuracy of all WO data before submission to the Sales Team.

Submit Work Orders to the Sales Team on a weekly or as‑needed basis.

Maintain effective communication and service standards when coordinating with the Sales Team.

Accurately prepare payment vouchers for all verified vendor invoices.

Ensure all vouchers are properly documented and authorized before submission.

Maintain a record of all payment vouchers and related documents.

Liaise with the finance department to ensure timely processing of payments to vendors.

Provide necessary documentation and information to support financial reconciliation and audits.

Communicate any issues or delays in payment processing to the relevant stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Minimum qualification: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in the export‑import and logistics field, with a strong understanding of PLB operations and customs documentation processes.

Proficiency in operating Module TPB and Ceisa 4.0, with hands‑on experience preferred.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.

Have work ethic and discipline.

Conversational English language skills.
