The role in a Snapshot
As Local Marketing Manager, you will drive local brand awareness, organic lead generation and community engagement across Milan and nearby areas. You will also support our growth by scouting high-potential real estate locations for new centres. This role is field-focused and requires regular on-site activity, travel within the city and strong ownership.
Job Overview:
The Local Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in elevating GoStudent’s visibility through local activations, community engagement, and neighbourhood-level marketing initiatives. This role is field-driven and requires a hands-on, proactive approach to managing events, building partnerships, and generating organic leads.
Additionally, the Local Marketing Manager will support our expansion by scouting and evaluating real estate opportunities for new GoStudent Tuition Centres.
The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly organised, and deeply connected to the local community landscape.

Local Marketing & Field Activation (≈50%)
incl. Digital Local Marketing
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in local marketing, field activation, community outreach, or trade marketing roles.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Experience working directly with Sales teams or in field-driven environments.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Hands-on experience in managing digital local channels (Instagram, Google Business Profiles).
Native-level Italian and good English proficiency.
Comfortable working on-site the majority of the time and travelling across Milan.
Strong networking and representation skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership, resilience, and strong execution focus.
