A leading global spirits company based in Sesto San Giovanni is looking for a Liquid R&D Scientist to lead product development initiatives for their Aperitifs portfolio. The role involves managing pilot plant operations, developing new formulations, and collaborating with marketing and project management teams. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 5-8 years of product development experience, along with strong chemistry and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Italian and English is required.

The Liquid R&D Scientist will lead Product Development and other related research and development (R&D) initiatives for Campari Group’s Aperitifs portfolio as well as other products in the European Region. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the product development process and will be responsible for Management of projects and systems.
The candidate will also manage pilot plant equipment and activities, working on new project developments from ideation phase, through the development steps up to the final production.
5-8 years of product development experience is required.
