Position

Embedded Software Engineer

Responsible for development and maintenance of Board Support Packages (BSP), custom kernel configurations for embedded devices, and porting to various hardware platforms.

Work Location

Rome, Pisa, Milan, Turin, Naples, Reggio Emilia – hybrid mode

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related specialization
• Experience with embedded Linux (preferably Yocto Project)
• In‑depth knowledge of C and shell scripting
• Experience with Linux drivers and device tree
• Strong understanding of Linux kernel internals
• Preferred: version control with Git, debugging with GDB, oscilloscope, JTAG, BSP Android Automotive development
• Preferred: knowledge of industry standards such as ISO26262, DO178C, MIL‑STD‑498, ECSS
