• At least 2 years of experience in managing a team in a production environment.

Mansioni

• Coordinate the Team operators for productivity and quality.
• Manage reports related to Team results.
• Anticipate potential criticism regarding raw material procurement.
• Responsible for the improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support for plant layout and equipment upgrades.

Conoscenze

Knowledge of MS Office

Knowledge of AS400 and SAP

Deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodology

Formazione

Degree in Industrial, Chemical or Biomedical engineering
