A consulting firm specializing in education is creating a pool of experts for Lifelong Learning projects across Europe. Candidates with extensive experience in upskilling and reskilling are encouraged to apply for this project-based consultancy opportunity. The ideal applicant will have over 15 years of professional experience and a Master's degree or higher, with strong English proficiency. Inclusion in the pool provides access to future project opportunities, but does not guarantee assignments.

Competenze

• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 10 years related to Lifelong Learning for Cat.I experts.
• At least 7 years related to Lifelong Learning for Cat.II experts.
• At least 5 years related to Lifelong Learning for Cat.III experts.

About the Opportunity

We are creating a pool of Lifelong Learning, including upskilling and reskilling experts for European Training Foundation (ETF) projects in Europe. Experts in this pool will be contacted for specific assignments as they arise. If you have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements

• Education at least Master’s Degree level or higher, e.g. PhD degree
• At least 15 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 10 years related to Lifelong Learning, including upskilling and reskilling for Cat.I experts;
• At least 10 years of relevant professional experience of which at least 7 years related to Lifelong Learning, including upskilling and reskilling for Cat.II experts;
• At least 5 years relevant professional experience of which at least 5 years related to Lifelong Learning, including upskilling and reskilling for Cat.III experts;
• Very good command of English.
