Gruppo Battistolli seeks Licensed Security Guards to be assigned to a large multinational IT company in the Milan area. You will protect people and property, manage access control, and report irregularities in line with company protocols.

The role is full-time with consistent shift planning and professional training. We offer permanent employment under the CCNL Vigilanza Privata, with a salary above market level based on experience and qualifications.

Competenze

• Citizen of Italy or EU, minimum age 18
• Clean criminal record and valid driving licence
• Valid GPG license (or motivation to obtain it)
• Fluent English and confident use of Microsoft Office
• Previous experience in security, police or military background is a plus

Mansioni

• Ensure safety of people and property within restricted areas
• Manage access control using professional security equipment
• Detect and report irregularities, intervening according to company protocols
• Cooperate with colleagues and client staff with professionalism and discretion
