Job Description

LGS – Junior Project Manager – Rome

The role is within the Service Design & Innovation Service Level unit and focuses on:

  • Managing service contracts by designing and updating Technical Specifications and supporting bidding procedures.
  • Implementing the service delivery model to optimise time and cost through continuous improvement.
  • Developing and implementing monitoring systems for supplier activities, fostering digital transition and adopting dedicated facility management tools.
  • Monitoring supplier performance.
  • Identifying and designing service optimisation interventions and sustainability initiatives.
Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial, or Civil Engineering.

Experience level: Junior.

Technical skills: Knowledge of facility services for buildings and people, with particular attention to development and innovation projects.

Behavioral skills: Problem solving, flexibility, team orientation.

Language skills: English B1–B2 certified.

IT skills:

  • Advanced use of Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Power BI.
  • Archibus.
