Une Maison de Luxe recherche un Coordinateur de Planification de Production des Articles en Cuir. Ce rôle exige une expérience minimum de 5 ans dans la fabrication ou la chaîne d'approvisionnement, des compétences en leadership, et la maîtrise d'Excel et SAP. Les candidats doivent être disponibles pour des déplacements fréquents en Italie et à l'étranger. La maîtrise de l'italien et de l'anglais est exigée, et le français est un plus.

Mission

The Leather Goods Production Planning Coordinator is responsible for the short-to-medium-term planning elaboration of the production processes and respect for both external suppliers and internal departments on a dedicated portfolio of orders and product categories.

Les missions

• Ensure the correct planning and monitor of the LG production for the brand Catalogue and, proposing alternative solutions in the event of constraints or critical issues to satisfy the customer
• Monitor LG production progress in collaboration with external departments (purchasing, quality area, technical area, internal production area and suppliers), to achieve delivery targets and guarantee the service rate
• Elaborate the workload plan and manage the external production capacities in collaboration with the Flow Manager
• Monitoring the proper functioning and the pertinence of the results of the Planification Software (Horizon) and be a key actor regarding the continuous improvement of the tool
• Ensure the service rate and LT: the percentage of orders shipped on time
• Carry out various analyses and reporting: on the performance of departments and suppliers, on the timing related to deliveries and adherence to Lead Time, on the causes of delays, and on projections of production capacity
• Apply the logic of continuous improvement in all phases of the process, from delivery plan to progress and to control of production, and standardizing processes

Votre profil

• Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in engineering
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working within a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment, with specific experience in supplier management and internal planning activities
• IT Competences: Expertise in the use of spreadsheet software for data analysis and reporting; solid functional knowledge of ERP software, with a preference for SAP. Excel is mandatory
• Skills: Proven leadership capabilities with excellent communication skills. An open-minded approach to work, combined with a strong problem-solving orientation
• Available for business trips in Italy (2-4 times/month) and abroad (4-5 times/year)
• Languages: fluent Italian & English. French will be a plus
