A luxury hotel collection in Tuscany seeks a Hotel Sales Manager to build relationships with luxury travel agencies in the US and LATAM markets. The ideal candidate should have over 4 years of experience in luxury hotel sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel for client meetings and trade shows. This full-time role offers the chance to significantly contribute to the hotel's revenue goals in a dynamic market.

Competenze

  • Minimum 4 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor.

As part of the Collegio alla Querce family you will be responsible for developing relationships with key luxury travel agencies and partners in the US and LATAM markets to identify business opportunities and maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the intricacies of the luxury hotel market and be comfortable meeting and exceeding revenue goals as well as being an excellent communicator and negotiator.

  • Support the hotels leisure revenue goals by generating transient business for the property
  • Build relationships with key luxury consortia accounts including : Virtuoso AMEX Signature FHR and others
  • Work with the property operations to ensure all VIP consortia guests are noted
  • Solicit negotiate and service appropriate luxury FIT / wholesale accounts as it relates to agent training marketing reservations etc.
  • Target key accounts to host familiarization trips to increase ROI
  • Analyze forecast cost and revenue reports in order to make strategic decisions
  • Accurately maintain and build the Salesforce database of clients
  • Evaluate promotional events trade shows community and industry events to make sure attendance produces the proper return on investment
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 4 years experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or Luxury Travel Advisor representing a luxury hotel resort or travel agency
  • Ability to influence & build rapport with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a competitive spirit to achieve goals
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills to be able to effectively represent the property
  • Ability to travel to attend trade shows client meetings local tourism meetings and other key events
  • Experience with Delphi / Salesforce system
  • Previous experience in the US and LATAM Markets
