Do Work That Matters – Your Role and Responsibilities

In particular, joining the Labour Law team of our Turin office, you will help support clients in addressing challenges related to key areas of taxation. You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governance. Specifically you will be tasked with:

  • Drafting employment contracts;
  • Individual and collective dismissals;
  • Business transfers and transfers of business units;
  • Corporate restructurings and reorganizations;
  • Drafting of agency contracts;
  • Due diligence activities in labour law;
  • Drafting staff leasing and consultancy contracts;
  • Management of union settlement agreements;
  • Implementation of incentive plans and stock options;
  • Implementation of corporate welfare plans;
  • Labour law litigation.

This opportunity is perfect for you if:

  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in leading national or international firms and/or consulting companies;
  • You hold a Master’s degree in Law (LMG-01) with a final grade of at least 100/110;
  • You are either a certified Lawyer or intend to begin the professional training;
  • You have a good command of English, ideally supported by study and/or work experiences abroad;
  • You have a good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint;
  • You possess strong interpersonal and teamworking skills.
