Your Role

As a Legal Junior Associate in the Regulatory & Public Law Department, you’ll be part of a dynamic team based in Milan, working on complex regulatory matters, due diligence activities, legal opinions and researches related to key issues relevant to the industry.

Key responsibilities include

• Assisting clients with due diligence activities
• Supporting the M&A and project finance teams in the drafting of contractual projects’ related provisions
• Drafting legal opinions on regulatory and administrative issues
• Conducting legal research
• Collaborating with the other departments at Green Horse Advisory
