Quintas Energy invites a diligent law student to join a six‑month internship in Rome, focusing on the compliance of solar installations and related contracts. You will analyze permits, licenses, finance agreements, and project contracts while learning from a dynamic legal team.

The role offers hands‑on experience in due diligence, regulatory research, and the preparation of internal notes, under supervision of senior lawyers.

Competenze

• Currently enrolled in the final year of the Legal Degree program at Sapienza University, Italy.
• Fluent in English (B2) and Italian (C1) as assessed during interview.

Mansioni

• Support review and organization of project documentation and contracts related to renewable energy projects.
• Assist the team in preliminary legal review of PV project documentation prepared by third parties.
• Provide support in due diligence by compiling and structuring relevant legal information and documents.
• Conduct basic regulatory and legal research related to renewable energy projects.
• Assist in identifying potential contractual or compliance issues under supervision.
• Support preparation of internal notes, summaries and documentation used in advisory projects.
• Coordinate and organize project files across advisory assignments.

The Internship

Step into the dynamic world of Quintas Energy and embark on a transformative journey that fuses legal analysis, excellence, and hands‑on experience. As a legal intern, you will be immersed in a unique opportunity to analyze the compliance of solar installations, ensuring adherence to permits, licenses, finance agreements, and all project contracts.

During this immersive internship, you will:

• Support the review and organisation of project documentation and contracts related to renewable energy projects.
• Assist the team in the preliminary legal review of PV project documentation prepared by third parties.
• Provide support in due diligence processes by compiling and structuring relevant legal information and documents.
• Conduct basic regulatory and legal research related to renewable energy projects and applicable frameworks.
• Assist in identifying potential contractual or compliance issues under the supervision of senior team members.
• Support the preparation of internal notes, summaries and documentation used in advisory projects.
• Coordinate and organise project files and documentation to ensure proper record keeping across advisory assignments.

Conditions

• Compensation: 500 euros gross/month
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00h to 13:00h (20h per week)
• Location: our office is in Eur (Rome)
• Period: 6 months
• Starting date: September

Requirements

Who We're Looking For

• Please read carefully. This is a must: Currently enrolled in the final year of the Legal Degree program in Sapienza Universitiy, Italy.
• Only a few pending subjects left to complete your degree.
• Possess a minimum of fluent B2 in English and C1 in Italian (will be assessed during the interview). Spanish will be a plus
• Full availability during Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
• Based in Rome (office is in Eur).
