Responsibilities

• Negotiate and close good MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, Supplier Agreements, Marketing, product licenses and SaaS deals.
• As Legal Counsel, you will be responsible for leading deep relationship focused negotiations with the largest companies in the world.
• Excellent writing skills both in Italian and English. Spanish language would be a plus.
• Be a legal generalist and tech law expert including, among others, deep knowledge in civil and commercial laws, IP, privacy law, financial regulations and data protection regulations.
• Analyze marketing, human resources, financial and commercial projects and initiatives to provide practical legal advice across multiple jurisdictions.
• Advice on complex legal issues, including data leaks, security of information and personal data breaches, and international data transfers.
• Support to compliance, corporate and business teams on data protection laws and governance requirements.
• Participate in M&A operations through integrations of acquired companies.
• Manage and coordinate external law firms.
• Coordinate and manage potential judicial and non‑judicial disputes.
• Continuous update towards developments in new laws, regulations, important judgements and regulatory guidance.
• Elaboration and knowledge of RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and public tenders.

Qualifications

• Italian Qualified lawyer.
• Fluency in English and Italian, oral and written. Spanish would be plus.
• Additional professional‑level language skills (French, Italian, Spanish or German preferable).
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Negotiation of national and international contracts.
