Competenze

  • Laurea in giurisprudenza.
  • Esperienza pregressa in studi legali specializzati in fusioni e acquisizioni o uffici notarili.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Microsoft Word.

Mansioni

  • Fornire supporto organizzativo e operativo al Consiglio Generale.
  • Gestire i flussi di firma dei documenti.
  • Mantenere e aggiornare i registri societari e i libri statutari.

Conoscenze

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office
Fluente in inglese
Familiarità con la documentazione legale

Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Legal Assistant to join the Legal Team at KIKO MILANO, reporting directly to the General Counsel.

The resource will provide organizational and operational support to the Group’s legal department and coordinate the Group’s corporate secretarial area.

In particular, you will:

  • Provide organizational and operational support to the General Counsel and Group’s legal department, including agenda management, monitoring legal department deadlines, create and keep procedures, keep records of reporting activities;
  • Coordinate and handle documents signing flows;
  • Manage document archiving systems (both physical and digital) to ensure confidentiality and accessibility;
  • Assist in the drafting, proofread and distribute of meeting agendas, minutes, and supporting materials;
  • Support the preparation, organization, and filing of corporate governance documents;
  • Maintain and update corporate records and statutory books.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree;
  • Excellent knowledge of the office package (in particular Microsoft Word);
  • Fluent in English;
  • Familiarity with legal documentation;
  • Previous experience in legal firms specialized in Mergers & Acquisitions or Notary offices;
