Job Responsibilities
The Legal Affairs Specialist will be involved in the review, drafting and negotiation of the corporate contracts of the De'Longhi Group and in the consultancy to all company functions, providing support to colleagues in the Legal Department and managing the relationships with external consultants.
- drafting & reviewing the main business contracts of De’Longhi Group, including, but not limited to: sale & purchase contracts, services and logistics contracts, real estate contracts, ICT contracts, intellectual property contracts, general terms & conditions of sale/purchase, etc.
- providing overall assistance in any contract management phase
- developing experience in business-related compliance areas (competition law, consumer law, trade compliance)
Job Profile
Qualifications, knowledge:
- Master\u0027s Degree in Law (excellent knowledge of the principles of commercial law)
- At least 2 years of experience in leading companies or in leading law firms (it will be considered a preferential qualification any experience in companies active in the ICT and digital sector)
- Excellent knowledge of English (written/spoken)
- Knowledge of main digital topics, including AI and IoT
- Mastery of a second language will be considered a preferential qualification
