Legal Affairs Junior

Gewiss is seeking a law graduate with 3-5 years of experience in legal firms or in the legal department of medium to large companies.

The individual will collaborate with the company's legal department and provide support in carrying out the following activities :

  • Supporting in the management of the group general counsel’s ordinary activities, as identified from time to time;
  • Internal legal advice to support operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiary companies;
  • Sharing best practises with operational colleagues at Italian and foreign subsidiary companies on legal topics;
  • Drafting / reviewing national / international contracts / legal documents on specific projects or topics;
  • Analysing and interpreting legal information and conducting of legal research;
  • Management of issues related to the protection of intellectual property (e.g., anti-counterfeiting programs).
Requirements :
  • Master degree in law;
  • 3-5 years of experience in law firms or in the legal department of medium to large companies;
  • Professional qualification (preferably);
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
