The School for Field Studies in Greve, Italy seeks a Lecturer in Systems Thinking for the Future of Agriculture. You will deliver a 50-hour course in fall and spring, co-teach a 50-hour Directed Research course, and guide a student research group in field-based settings.

Ideal candidates will have MS with teaching experience in policy-related contexts, a commitment to diversity, and fluency in English for all courses.

Competenze

• Legally authorized to work in Italy; Partita IVA preferred or alternative lawful engagement.
• M.S. and university-level teaching experience in agricultural policy, environmental policy, and/or food systems-related social science.
• Field research experience in agricultural or food systems policy or related social sciences.
• Commitment to inclusive learning environments.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary teaching and research team.
• Track record of research publications.
• Experience leading forest walks and hikes.
• Experience teaching classes in the field.
• Commitment to environmental issues.
• Fluent in English (all courses taught in English).

• Plan, revise, and deliver an interdisciplinary curriculum to diverse learners.
• Organize lectures, prepare materials, and maintain a daily schedule.
