Burberry in Italy is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to shape the future performance and agility of our Leather Goods production network in Italy. This role drives operational excellence and supports sustainable growth with internal teams and external partners.

You will collaborate across planning, purchasing, quality, logistics and production to reduce lead times, define KPIs and deliver insightful reporting, while applying lean principles to improve manufacturing processes and

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, process improvement or industrial engineering.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insight.
• Experience supporting change and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with reporting and business systems including MS Office and data visualization.

Mansioni

• Monitor manufacturing performance and drive improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Partner with external manufacturers to evaluate performance and manage vendor ratings.
• Support lean initiatives and data-led decision making in cutting operations.
• Analyse workflows, supplier performance and processes to identify opportunities.
