Competenze

• 3–5 years experience in logistics, industrial or commercial real estate leasing.
• Proven track record in negotiation, BTS leasing, pre-letting or portfolio leasing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation capabilities.

Mansioni

• Execute the leasing strategy defined with the Head of Asset Management.
• Manage the full leasing lifecycle: marketing, tenant engagement, negotiation, deal structuring.
• Collaborate with various teams to commercialise future vacancies.
• Prepare deal summaries, financial analyses, and internal approval documents.
• Report regularly to the Head of Asset Management on pipeline status.
