A leading learning and development firm is seeking a Learning Engagement Lead in Italy to drive client relationships and deliver transformative learning experiences. This role requires strong sales skills and a solid understanding of the L&D landscape. The ideal candidate will manage the full client lifecycle and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure impactful outcomes. Monthly travel to New York is expected. This position offers performance-based earnings with uncapped commission and an opportunity to shape growth with U.S. clients.

Learning Engagement Lead – Opportunity for U.S. Citizens in Italy

A call for U.S. Citizens and U.S. Passport Holders Living in Milan/Rome

Location: Milan or Rome (on-site, with monthly presence in New York to follow the business)

Infinity is on the hunt for a Senior Learning & Development Consultant who thrives on building brilliant client relationships and co-creating transformative learning journeys with corporate giants.

If you get excited about business development, know your way around the L&D galaxy, and can charm a client faster than you can say “instructional design,” keep reading.

A Note for Applicants:

We are seeking U.S. nationals or individuals holding a U.S. passport who are currently based in Italy - ideally in Milan or Rome - and who bring strong sales experience along with a solid understanding of the learning world.

Bonus Quest: You’ll travel monthly to New York to follow the business, blending your Italian base with U.S. cultural insight.

You’ll Own:

  • The full client lifecycle: from that first “let’s talk” to “this changed everything.”
  • Working cross-functionally with facilitators, designers, creatives and thinkers to deliver value that sticks.
  • Growing accounts like a boss and chasing new ones like you’re on a mission from the learning gods.
  • Strengthening our relationships with U.S. clients, because learning is global and context is everything.

  • A business developer with L&D in your bloodstream.
