A leading multinational company in Italy is looking for a highly experienced Senior Manager to lead LEAN transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience in complex industrial environments, with a strong background in manufacturing and transactional processes. Responsibilities include developing action plans, coordinating operations, and leading problem-solving sessions. This role is critical for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and engaging with senior leadership.

Competenze

• Minimum of 15 years’ experience in complex industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in both manufacturing and transactional processes.
• Proven leadership in the end-to-end implementation of LEAN methodologies.
• Experience in team management and development.

Mansioni

• Assess the current state of transformation and define the desired model.
• Develop and implement action plans to support the transformation.
• Champion cross-functional value stream optimization and Hoshin Kanri methodology.
• Coordinate operational framework across global functions.
• Lead problem-solving sessions, operational planning, and Kaizen activities.
• Act as primary driver of LEAN processes.
• Promote benchmarking and address skill gaps.
