Mondelēz International in Italy seeks a Process Engineer to lead the Integrated Lean 6 Sigma journey, supporting the production core team with CI tools and data-driven improvements.

You will train colleagues, facilitate data collection, and drive root-cause analysis to reduce losses while establishing new work standards. Fluency in Italian and English, and an engineering degree, are preferred.

Competenze

• Experience with CI and high-performance work systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience applying lean or TPM tools in manufacturing.
• Ability to manipulate and validate data in manual and automated systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools.
• Organized and disciplined in supporting and educating the DMS process.
• Logical and structured thinking to extract insights from data.

Mansioni

• Provide training on CI tools and the daily management system (DMS).
• Help teams collect data and extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis to address KPI gaps.
• Establish new work standards to sustain improvement.
• Train colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities.
