Winthrop Technologies Ltd is seeking two experienced Quantity Surveyors to join our team on a major Data Centre Project. You will lead on procurement, oversee complex subcontract packages, and provide strategic commercial guidance to ensure project success.

This senior role requires strong technical, financial, and people management skills, with a focus on cost control and client engagement across multi-disciplinary teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with a main/general contractor is key.
• Attention to detail and analytically proficient.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.

Mansioni

• Procurement of subcontractors and evaluation of tenders.
• Manage multiple subcontract packages from order to final account.
• Prepare monthly cost reporting and end-of-project projections.
• Attend stakeholder meetings and negotiate final accounts.
• Deal with subcontractor claims and ensure timely submissions.
• Develop and submit external valuations and ensure trackers are updated.
