Winthrop Technologies seeks two experienced Quantity Surveyors to lead commercial management on a major Data Centre Project. The role focuses on cost control, subcontractor management, and client engagement, with senior leadership responsibilities across procurement and package management.

The successful candidates will oversee multiple subcontract packages, provide strategic commercial guidance, and ensure timely reporting, with a market-competitive salary and strong career development

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• 7+ years’ experience in a similar role within construction/contracting.
• Experience with main/general contractors is key.
• Excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
• Data Centre experience advantageous but not essential.

Mansioni

• Lead subcontractor procurement and package tendering.
• Manage multiple subcontract packages from order to final account.
• Submit monthly cost reports and end-of-project projections.
• Engage with clients, subcontractors, designers, and internal teams.
• Handle claims management in line with contract requirements.
• Prepare external valuations and maintain trackers for invoicing.
• Measure work packages from drawings and price accordingly.
• Manage project budget under Project Director.
• Attend monthly commercial and subcontractor meetings.
• Close out disputes, timely claims/notices.
• Document cost changes and prepare monthly valuations.
